In an attempt to ease the transition to naps at preschool, I took Connor shopping for a nap buddy. He picked this gingerbread boy who is generally referred to as "Gingy". Well, Connor loves Gingy and says he is his "best toy." So, instead of Gingy becoming a special school buddy, he is now carted to and from school every day and we have to keep track of him for bedtime every night. Which is not so easy considering he's about 4 inches high.We spent an evening with Aunt Heather & Uncle Steve, and among other things made a gingerbread house. Connor quickly decided that this was Gingy's house and was looking forward to showing him in the morning (since Mom said that wet icing would not go well with him).
